Hopefully readers of my book “In the Middle of Nowhere” will be aware that I am donating all royalty proceeds to Medecins Sans Frontieres.
Well, to date, and since publication in 2016, I have sold 101 ebook versions and 9 paperbacks plus some of the original hardback, glossy versions. In addition there has been income from Kindle Normalised Pages (whatever they are!).
My major sale was an article to Land Rover International which was published in February 2017. This brought in £400.00. I used £200.00 to pay for the printing of 35 paperbacks for sale in a local bookshop (selling just 9) and sent the remaining £200.00 direct to MSF.
I am therefore very happy to report that I have been able, so far, to donate £452.32 to Medecins Sans Frontieres.
My sincere thanks to everybody who has bought the book and your indirect support of MSF.
